Government of Tripura have released a Surveillance report of COVID-19 cases in the state. In that report the government has revealed all the data starting from total COVID-19 tests done in the Tripura to total negative cases in the state. West Tripura district tops the table in total sample collection and Sepahijala district tops in total positive Coronavirus cases.
The data shows that 10,718 peoples sample tested in West Tripura district , 4,865 in Sepahijala district , 2,045 in Khowai district , 4,944 in Gomati district ,4,859 in South Tripura district, 5,333 in Dhalai district , 1,945 in Unakoti district and 9,267 in North Tripura district. The cumulative of all tests is 43,976 out of which 1,046 came positive and 42,930 fortunately came negative.
However currently only 666 people are in facility quarantine and 9,087 are in home quarantine. Out of 1,046 positive cases 315 people have recovered from the virus and 1 person sadly died.
