The Tripura NSUI besieged the house of Education Minister of Tripura Ratan Lal Nath on Thursday regarding the new UGC bill. Police in riot gear stormed a rally on Friday, removing hundreds of protesters by truck.
The Tripura Police arrested hundreds NSUI workers and also the President of Tripura NSUI Samrat Roy. The Police removed hundreds of protesters by truck and they are now being taken to the nearest Police Station.
