Tripura: Oath-taking Ceremony of Two New Ministers from Tipra Motha Likely on March 07

Guwahati, 6th March: The oath-taking ceremony of two new ministers, including Animesh Debbarma and Brishaketu Debbarma from Tipra Motha, is expected to take place on March 07.

Reports emerged that leader of the Opposition Animesh Debbarma and MLA Brishaketu Debbarma will be sworn in as Ministers of the Tripura Cabinet.

“The cabinet reshuffle was supposed to take place today, but Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha is leaving the state this evening, and Founder of Tipra Motha and Royal Scion Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma has missed his flight. So, probably, it will take place tomorrow,” reports stated.

The reshuffle in the Tripura cabinet is a result of extensive meetings, with the decision to induct two leaders from Tipra Motha into the state cabinet.

With the inclusion of these two legislators, Tripura’s cabinet will comprise 11 ministers.
