Northeast Desk, 5th October: Pradyot Kishore Manikya Debbarma, the former chairman of TIPRA Motha, is embarking on a trip to New Delhi to request funds from Niti Aayog to launch an e-bus service and install ‘Multimodal Intercharge’ services in Agartala, aimed at the development of the Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District Council (TTAADC).
Following a meeting with Tripura Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, Pradyot emphasized that the agenda is focused on the development of TTAADC and not political matters. He expressed satisfaction with the meeting, describing it as fruitful, and noted that over 100 projects have been submitted for consideration. While some funding has been received, additional financial support is sought for various development initiatives.
