Trishakti Corps Inspires Sikkim’s Youth on International Students’ Day

Sikkim: On International Students’ Day, the Trishakti Corps organized an engaging lecture at the Government Senior Secondary School, Tadong, to inspire students to consider a career in the armed forces.

The session, attended by over 123 students, provided detailed guidance on officer and non-officer roles, highlighting the qualifications, challenges, and pride associated with serving the nation.

The initiative aimed to raise awareness among young minds about opportunities in the armed forces, emphasizing the physical, mental, and academic attributes required to join. The interactive session motivated students to explore careers dedicated to national service.

In a separate event, the Trishakti Corps introduced digital tools and smart classrooms at Sikkim Himalayan Academy, Buriakhop, as part of an initiative to enhance education in remote areas. This project underscores the Indian Army’s commitment to empowering youth, bridging educational gaps, and fostering brighter futures in the Himalayan region.
