Guwahati: In a shocking incident, a student of Tezpur University (TU) allegedly committed suicide in his hostel room at campus on Wednesday.
The student has been identified as Aditya Tati and was B.Tech final year student.
His mortal remains were found hanging in his Patkai hostel room where he reportedly committed suicide.
Originally a resident of Dibrugarh district in Assam.
The reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained.
