UGC-NET Exam Results To Be Declared Tomorrow
Guwahati: National Eligibility Test results are scheduled to be announced on Saturday.
This was confirmed by University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman M Jagadesh Kumar.
The UGC chairperson stated that the results would be accessible on the National Testing Agency (NTA) website at https://nta.ac.in.
This year, the exam was administered in four phases: July, September, and October. The first part of the examination took place from July 9 to July 12, and the subsequent phases took place from September 20 to September 23, from September 29 to October 4, and the last phase from October 8 to October 14.
According to the official website, the National Testing Agency (NTA), with the approval of UGC, combined the UGC-NET for the June and December 2022 (merged cycles) examinations so that they could be administered via computer-based testing (CBT).
The UGC-NET test is used to establish eligibility for the positions of “Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor” and “Assistant Professor” in Indian colleges and universities.
The candidate’s overall result in both of the UGC-NET exams is used to establish eligibility.
According to the rules, any candidate who passes the test only for an assistant professorship will not be taken into consideration for a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), but will instead be subject to the guidelines for hiring assistant professors in the relevant educational institution.
