Guwahati: A member of the United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) passed away on Sunday in the group’s camp on Sunday.
The member of the cadre who died has been identified as Jugal Sharma alias Private Deepak Assam .
Sharma lived in the Noonmati area of Guwahati.
He was receiving treatment for a severe illness from which he was suffering. He passed away on Sunday at around 5:45 am.

As per reports, Jugal joined the militant organization in March of the previous year.
Jugal Sharma was designated “Amar Mritak” by the ULFA-I for his contribution towards the militant outfit.
