Guwahati: A member of the United Liberation Front of Assam-Independent (ULFA-I) surrendered himself in the Charaideo district of Assam on Sunday.
The cadre who joined the outlawed terrorist group in 2018 have been identified as Pankaj Gohain also known as Bhaurav Asom.
The member of the cadre surrendered himself in to the Charaideo District Police.
Two ULFA members turned themselves in to the Assam Rifles in Arunachal Pradesh in August.
In front of the troops, they had likewise surrendered their weapons.
