ULFA-I extends Unilateral Ceasefire by Three Months
Guwahati: The United Liberation Front of Asom-Independent (ULFA-I) keeping the current COVID-19 pandemic in mind has decided to extend the unilateral ceasefire by another three months on Saturday.
The ULFA-I has announced that since the pandemic situation has been “unchanged”, the rebel organization will be extending its unilateral ceasefire for another three months which it had first announced on May 15 of this year.
The ULFA-I announced this in a press statement. The organization has stated that there will be no “military operations” during this extended ceasefire.
