Guwahati, 20th August: Two separate incidents in Assam have led to the discovery of unidentified bodies on Sunday. In the first case, a man’s body was found floating in the Manas River near Bashbari No. 3 in Manikpur, Bongaigaon district. Despite efforts, the identity of the deceased individual remains unknown, and local residents alerted the authorities upon discovery.
The body of an unnamed guy was discovered in the Brahmaputra River at Velkar No. 2 in Hajo in another instance. Locals pulled the body from the water and called the police right away.
Both cases are currently under investigation as authorities work to determine the identities of the deceased and the circumstances surrounding their deaths.
