Guwahati, 17th August: A startling discovery has sent shockwaves as the naked body of an unidentified man was recovered from a VIP room at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office in Assam’s Cachar district. The incident unfolded on Thursday morning, leaving party workers and authorities puzzled by the mysterious circumstances surrounding the incident.
According to sources, party workers made the grim discovery in the VIP room and promptly alerted Bimalendu Roy, the district party president. Upon his notification, the police were informed and arrived at the scene to initiate an investigation.
The police have taken the body into their custody and sent it to Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH), where it currently resides in the morgue room. The identity of the deceased individual remains unknown at this point.
