Guwahati: The body of an unidentified youth was recovered by locals in the Noonmati area of Guwahati on Monday.
Reportedly, the locals spotted the body and informed the police officials. On getting information, the officials arrived at the spot and recovered the body.
From the preliminary investigation, the deceased has been identified as male.
The police have initiated a probe into the matter. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
