Veteran Actor Mangal Dhillon Passes Away

Entertainment Desk, 11 June: Bollywood suffered another tragedy on Sunday with the death of iconic actor and director Mangal Dhillon. According to reports, the actor had cancer for a very long period.

The information was confirmed after Dhillon’s family members used social media to inform followers of his passing. Prior to his passing, he was reportedly admitted to a hospital in Ludhiana of Punjab where he passed away this morning.

Throughout his career, Mangal Dhillon has worked in both the cinema and television industries. He portrayed Lubhaya Ram in the 1986 television programme “Buniyaad” before moving on to play an advocate in the 1988 movie “Khoon Bhari Maang,” which starred Rekha in the lead role.

He last appeared in Noorjahan (2000) on Doordarshan. He portrayed Akbar in the television show.
Pyar Ka Devta, Ranbhoomi, Swarg Yahan Narak Yahan, Vishwatma, Dil Tera Aashiq and Train to Pakistan are a few of his well-known works.
