Veteran Actress Seema Deo Passes Away at 83

National Desk, 24th August: Renowned veteran actress Seema Deo, celebrated for her remarkable contributions to Hindi and Marathi cinema, passed away on August 24 at the age of 83. She was known for her significant roles in iconic films such as “Anand” (1971) alongside Rajesh Khanna, “Koshish” (1972) alongside Sanjeev Kumar and Jaya Bhaduri, and “Sansar” (1987) with Rekha. Her two sons, Ajinkya Deo and Abhinay Deo, are her surviving family members. Unfortunately, she had been battling Alzheimer’s disease, which her son Abhinay shared while announcing her sad demise.

Abhinay Deo, also a filmmaker known for works like “Delhi Belly” and “Blackmail,” broke the news that his mom passed away.
