Veteran bollywood actor Javed Khan Amrohi No More

Guwahati: Bollywood actor Javed Khan Amrohi passed away on February 14. He participated in roughly 150 movies, and he carved out a place for himself in the business. In addition to this, he also amused the crowd by portraying various TV characters.

He had breathing problems and had been bedridden for the previous year. After both of his lungs failed, he was admitted to Surya Nursing Home in Santacruz, where he passed away. The supurde-e-khak ceremony will be held in the Muslim cemetery in Oshiwara today at 7:30 p.m. His abrupt death has caused a wave of sadness in the film industry.

Actor Akhilendra Mishra took to Facebook to mourn the loss. He wrote, “Humble tribute Javed Khan sir. Best actor, senior artist, active member of IPTA.”

In 2001’s “Lagaan,” Javed Khan Amrohi received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actor. In addition to this, he received praise for his work in the films “Andaz Apna Apna” and “Chak De India.” Javed Khan also contributed to the television drama “Mirza Ghalib.” In addition, he has experience teaching acting at the Zee Institute of Media Arts.

Javed Khan Amrohi was born in Mumbai. He performed appearances in Bollywood in addition to supporting parts. His various roles in over 150 Hindi movies made a big influence on the audience. In the Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Sunil Shetty-starring movie “Phir Hera Pheri,” he also portrayed a police constable, and his one-liners had the audience in stitches.
