VIP Car Disappears Under Mysterious Circumstances: Police Launch City-Wide Search

Guwahati, 10th March: A VIP car, known for its frequent appearances with blaring sirens across the state, has vanished under mysterious circumstances, leaving authorities baffled. Despite relentless efforts by the police, the car remains elusive, sparking frustration among higher authorities.

While specific details about the car and its owner are withheld by the police, they are committed to locating the missing vehicle. To aid in the search, 13 police stations across the city, including Dispur, Hatigaon, Panbazar, and others, have issued a red alert and initiated a city-wide search operation.

In a significant development, two car thieves, Azizul Ali and Janinuddin Ali, were apprehended by the Bhangagarh police in Jowai, Meghalaya. The duo was found with a stolen car bearing the number AS01 FC7935, reported stolen from ABC in Guwahati. The discovery of the missing car’s GPS pass expedited the capture of the thieves.

Expanding their crackdown on vehicle theft, police forces in Bhangagarh, Fatashil Ambari, and Azara have intensified their efforts. Following leads from the apprehended thieves, Amir Ali and Rajak Ali were arrested by Azara police, along with the seizure of two vehicles and a luxury vehicle. Additionally, Fatashil Ambari police nabbed four bike thieves: Rekibul Hossain, Samed Ali, Zakir Hussain, and Vishal Hussain.

Despite these breakthroughs, the missing VIP car remains a top priority for city police. The concerted efforts of all 13 police stations continue as they remain dedicated to locating the elusive vehicle and unraveling the mystery behind its disappearance.
