Guwahati: In the ongoing war against drugs, Assam Police seized around 1 kg of suspected Heroin in Kamrup district.
In an operation led by Sub Divisional Police Officer, Rangia intercepted a motorcycle while patrolling and conducted a search operation.
During searching inside the motorcycle, the police recovered around seven soap cases along with 87 grams of suspected Heroin.
Legal action has been taken and further investigation is underway into the case.
