Guwahati: One person has been arrested and two others detained for allegedly being involved in drugs at Hailakandi district of Assam on Sunday.
The accused has been arrested from the Alexanderpur Grant village which comes under Katlichara taluk of the district.
The arrestee has been identified as Daniel Chadhai.
Based on the input received from the area, the Police launched the raid at the village.
As per the reports of My News NE, the police officials seized 413 grams of suspected heroine from his possession.
The officials further recovered drugs worth Rs 2 crore from the accused.
However, the identification of the two detained person is yet to be ascertained.
