She routinely draws criticism for her candour and on February 12, Amitabh Bachchan’s wife again infuriated online people.
A video of the seasoned actress from the most recent Rajya Sabha session has gone popular on social media. It appears to show the Samajwadi Party MP purportedly pointing a finger at him as the Honourable Vice President and Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar gestures for her and the others to take their places.
Shortly after the video of Jaya Bachchan’s behaviour in Parliament became viral, internet users expressed their feelings about her on social media. TMC MP Mahua Moitra who was routinely teased in parliament for her daring made headlines once more when online users started comparing her to a younger Jaya Bachchan.
