Guwahati: In a shocking incident, a youth has been allegedly kidnapped in Guwahati of Assam.
The youth identified as Biswajit Hazarika.
According to reports, the youth is missing since October 9.
Hazarika’s family has been asked to pay a heavy ransom by the kidnappers in order to secure his release.
The family members have lodged a complaint at the Dispur Police Station regarding the incident.
However, the authorities haven’t been able to learn anything about the kidnappers.
Biswajit was working in a pharmacy at Jayanagar. He was abducted as he was returning from work.
