Guwahati: The Congress committee continues to protest across the country as well as in Assam too after the announcement of Rahul Gandhi’s disqualification as MP and who is not going to contest elections for eight years.

Assam Youth Congress workers carried out ‘Mashaal march’ over the disqualification of Rahul Gandhi. And it was organised by DYC Darrang in the presence of Indian Youth Congress National Secretary Ajaz Ahmed Choudhary.
As the unwarranted act of the BJP government with Rahul Gandhi is a grave threat and injustice to democracy. Mangaldai Youth Congress workers staged a massive protest on March 30. The streets of Mangaldai were rocked by the protest of Youth Congress members.
The rally was taken out from Rajiv Bhawan in Mangaldai.
Youth Congress national general secretary Ajaz Ahmed Chowdhury, Darrang district Congress president Madhav Rajbongshi, Congress youth leader Rijumoni Talukdar, youth leader Paritosh Roy, youth leader Mustafa Kamal Hasan were among those present at the protest.
