Sikkim Government to pay tribute to 20 Martyrs in ‘Veeron Ko Naman’

The Sikkim Government to organize program named ‘Vron Ko Naman’ on 25th June in Gangtok as a mark of paying tribute and homage to 20 martyrs of Indian Army who sacrificed their lives in defending the nation in Galwan Valley on 15 June last week.

Addressing the media here at Tashiling Secretariat this morning the Chief Secretary S C Gupta said the State government has decided to pay homages and respect to the martyrs for their sacrifice defending the nation.
Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang and Governor Ganga Prasad along with cabinet ministers and State bureaucrats and technocrats will also be present there to pay homages to ‘Viron Ko Naman’.
