Guwahati: In the last few days, the war against Drugs remain unabated. This time Assam Police arrested 13 persons in connection with drug peddling in Assam’s Nagaon district.
According to reports, the Nagaon Police launched multiple rads in different areas of the district, following which they arrested 13 people from Azad Nagar, Juria, Fansi Road, and Katimari areas.
The officials further recovered suspected heroin worth more than Rs 60 Lakh from their possession.
Further investigation is underway.
