Guwahati: In a horrifying incident, a 3-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a minor boy in Dibrugarh district of Assam.
The incident was reported from Jaypur at Naharkatia.
Soon after the incident, the suspected minor boy was arrested by the local police .
The victim girl reportedly received emergency medical care at Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH).
Meanwhile, angry locals have demanded strict action against the accused minor boy.
