In a sensational incident at Guwahati Commerce College 71 fans from different classrooms were stolen by a bunch of thieves few days back. The thieves also stole Gas cylinders from the college canteen with those fans. Although 4 months back another robbery happened in the college and a FIR was also lodged back then in Chandmari Police Station but no one was apprehended by the police.
The thieves took advantage of the ongoing lockdown as the college is shut now and hence it was easy for the thieves to steal all those things. The principal of Guwahati Commerce College Dr. Homeswar Kalita assured that college administration will soon file a FIR in Chandmari Police Station regarding the robbery.
