“Gabbar” leaves message for CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

Guwahati: Similar to something that one may see in movies, a hand written posters was found by the locals and police in Guwahati’s Fancy Bazar area which warned the Chief Minister of Assam and Assam Police.

There are reports of the poster written in Assamese being circulated. The posters in Assamese read, “Himanta Biswa Sarma Sabhadhan Police Gabbar”. Although no has yet been able to decode the message or the writing as to what it exactly meant, there are a lot of speculations going on.

The city police however, have confirmed that there were no reported threats related to the matter but an investigation has already been initiated.

Some local media outlets have reported that In-charge of Fancy Bazar Outpost, Jayanta Kumar Das said that the writing was found on six A4 sheets. The content on the sheets were “objectionable statements”.

What seemed to be interesting the matter was that every sheet had the name ‘Gabbar’ after every sentence. The police are currently investigating the entire matter.
