Manipur, 5th September: Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has announced that colleges in the state will resume operations on September 6, signaling a return to normalcy as the region recovers from recent incidents of violence.
Additionally, Chief Minister Singh noted that over the past month, there has been a significant increase in school attendance among students ranging from class 1 to 12.
