Sikkim CM Congratulates PM Narendra Modi for Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Mandir

The Chief Minister of Sikkim Prem Singh Tamang has extended his congratulations to Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India on the historic occasion of laying the foundation stone and Bhoomi Pujan ceremony of Shri Ram Janmabhumi Temple in Ayodhya.

Calling it an “extraordinarily great moment” he added that the entire global community is celebrating the occasion, as well as, Sikkim. He said that PM Modi is a widely respected national and global leader, who has brick by brick brought trans-formational changes in the country. The foundation stone will remain and sustain as a mark of insurmountable cultural unity and a solid consolidation of national power.

In the field of Education, the Chief Minister also applauded the Central Government for presenting a State- of- the -Art National Education Policy after a long interval. He mentioned that the coming generation will benefit from the progressive, liberal and indigenous policy boosting their knowledge scale, competitive spirit, scientific temper, employment opportunities and technological development.

In a separate letter, Shri Prem Singh Tamang congratulated Shri Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, on the occasion of the ceremony which will be held on 5th August 2020 at Ayodhya. He also affirmed that the event will add an extraordinary chapter in the spiritual, secular and religious history of our country. Concluding the letter, Shri P.S. Tamang praised Shri Yogi Adityanath in transforming Uttar Pradesh into a vibrant, well-developed state and a leading light in India’s federal structure.
