Arunachal CM Reviews Progress of Sigin Steel Truss Bridge

Northeast Desk, 7th January: Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, in line with the government’s commitment to all-round development, reviewed the progress of the Steel Truss bridge at Sigin Colony in Daporijo on January 6. Accompanied by officials, the inspection included a check on the under-construction Steel Truss Bridge and the multipurpose hall.

The Sigin Steel Truss Bridge aims to enhance regional connectivity and ease traffic congestion in Daporijo. As part of a broader visit to the Upper Subansiri district, CM Khandu also dedicated the Nilling Administrative Circle, emphasizing the commitment to local governance and development.

The delegation’s agenda covered various infrastructure projects, including road upgrades, administrative centers, and micro-hydel projects. The focus on improving transportation networks reflects the government’s efforts to boost economic activity and provide better services to residents in Daporijo and neighboring areas.
