Arunachal Pradesh Earns ‘Achievers’ Status in LEADS-2024 Report
Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh has been accorded the prestigious ‘Achievers’ status in the North-Eastern Group, alongside Assam, as per the recently released LEADS-2024 report. This recognition underscores the state’s significant progress in transforming its logistics sector and attracting sustainable investments.
Chief Minister Pema Khandu hailed the achievement as a major milestone and congratulated Team Arunachal for their dedicated efforts. Highlighting the importance of last-mile connectivity as a cornerstone of development strategies, he stated, “We are involving every stakeholder, including leveraging public-private partnerships, to develop multi-modal hubs and ensure inclusive growth.”
Despite the challenges posed by Arunachal Pradesh’s rugged terrain, the Chief Minister expressed optimism in overcoming these hurdles with the continued guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He reaffirmed the state’s vision of establishing one of the region’s finest logistics infrastructures, ensuring development reaches even the remotest corners.
This achievement reflects Arunachal Pradesh’s rising prominence in the regional logistics network, setting the stage for economic growth, enhanced connectivity, and a brighter future for its people.
