Arunachal’s Cyclist Dorjee Phuntso Represents State in Asia Enduro Series
Northeast Desk, 9th May: Dorjee Phuntso, a member of the Tawang Cycling Association (TCA) and a resident of Mukutur village in Tawang District, Arunachal Pradesh, has embarked on his maiden international cycling journey to Sri Lanka. He is representing Arunachal Pradesh as the sole participant in the esteemed Asia Enduro Series, showcasing his exceptional skill and dedication to the cycling community.
In response to Phuntso’s remarkable achievement, the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu, expressed his joy and pride, commending Phuntso’s participation in the prestigious event. Khandu conveyed his best wishes to Phuntso, encouraging him to continue excelling in his cycling endeavors.
Phuntso’s journey to Sri Lanka not only marks a significant personal milestone but also serves as a moment of pride for his community and the entire state.
