Assam’s Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today layed the foundation stone for historic Baresahariya Cultural Complex at Jamugurihaat in Sonitpur district. The Chief Minister was also seen ploughing with a tractor to prepare a field for cultivation of Kharif crops at Chowkighat in Sonitpur district.
Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal also distributed fingerlings to farmers at Kanyaka multipurpose farm with inaugurating an irrigation project at Kanyaka multipurpose farm and also visited Borpukhuri agricultural farm at Sootea in Sonitpur.
