When questioned by a reporter, he responded that humans experience cold because we dread cold.
He doesn’t feel chilly because he has no cold-related anxieties.
Chief Minister Himanta retaliating to Rahul said that wearing a t-shirt was a fashion choice rather than a necessity to stay warm like the less fortunate.
