Guwahati: In a tragic incident, a body of a girl from Assam was mysteriously found dead in New Delhi.
The deceased girl identified as Shraddha Baruah who was a resident of Duliajan town in Dibrugarh district of Assam.
According to reports, Shraddha was residing in Rohini Sector 17 in Delhi.
Daughter of Uttam Baruah and Late Ranjana Baruah, Shraddha Baruah was working in a private company in the past five months.
According to police and her friends, Shraddha died on Wednesday while she went to take a bath at a river in Dharamsala in Musoorie.
However, her family asserted that this was a deliberate murder. Her body couldn’t be brought back to Assam due to a lack of funding.
Therefore, her family pleaded the government to assist them in transporting her body there in order to carry out her final rites.
