Guwahati, 26th March: A sudden lightning strike unleashed havoc upon residential properties in Jorhat, resulting in a trail of devastation. The unfortunate event unfolded swiftly, particularly impacting the residence of Bhadra Bora, whose house was immediately engulfed in flames.
The calamity struck amidst a fierce storm, exacerbating the severity of the situation. Tragically, innocent livestock also perished in the raging inferno.
The lightning strike sparked an immediate fire outbreak within the household, causing irreparable damage. This incident occurred at Sonari village 2, situated in the precincts of West Jorhat.
