Guwahati, July 10: A truck transporting 309 gas-filled LPG cylinders overturned near the Forest Gate in Morigaon early this morning. The accident occurred due to a steering lock malfunction as the vehicle was en route from Numaligarh to Chandrapur in Guwahati.
The truck’s driver reported that the steering became locked, causing the vehicle to overturn. Fortunately, there have been no immediate reports of injuries or fire resulting from the incident.
Local authorities and emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene to assess the situation and ensure the safety of the surrounding area.
