Guwahati: Yet another incident of man-animal conflict has come to fore wherein a youth was trampled to death by a wild elephant in Goalpara district of Assam during the midnight of Tuesday.
The incident was reported from Lakhipur.
The deceased has been identified as Marcel Sangma.
Upon receiving information, forest officials reached the spot and recovered the body of the deceased.
