Guwahati: The body of Nayan Brahma has been found in the Brahmaputra River at Panikhaiti in the Kamrup district of Assam on Monday morning.
Seventh-grade student Nayan Brahma vanished on Sunday after he came to take a bath in the river.
His body was recovered from the same place from which he was missing.
Locals in the area noticed a body floating in the water this morning They pulled the body from the water and reported what they had seen to the police.
Nayan was a student of Swahid Kushal Konwar High School in Guwahati.
