Bombay High Court rejects Arnab’s Bail Plea
The Bombay High Court has refused to grant interim bail to the Editor-in-chief of Republic TV Arnab Goswami. The Journalist was arrested by Mumbai Police in relation with a suicide case few days back. The Bombay High Court has created more woes for Arnab Goswami as the court has ordered the journalist and two others in Judicial Custody till November 19.
However the Mumbai Police had requested the court to place Arnab in Police custody but the judicial magistrate refused the plea of Police and sent him back to judicial custody. Back on Sunday the court had sent Arnab Goswami to the Taloja jail in Raigad district after allegedly being found using a mobile phone while in judicial custody.
