Brother of Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi Claims Responsibility for Firing Outside Salman Khan’s Residence

National Desk, 14th April: In a harrowing incident, Mumbai’s Bandra locality was rocked by gunfire outside the residence of Bollywood megastar Salman Khan on Sunday. Two unidentified individuals on a motorcycle discharged four rounds of bullets around 4:51 am outside Galaxy Apartments. Miraculously, no injuries were reported in the incident.

However, the situation took a sinister turn when Anmol Bishnoi, brother of notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, allegedly claimed responsibility for the shooting. Anmol, wanted in India and purportedly hiding in the US, issued a chilling warning to the actor via social media, characterizing the gunfire as a mere “trailer” and cautioning Khan against further provocation.

“We want peace. If the only decision against oppression is war, then so be it,” declared the ominous message aimed at Khan. “Salman Khan, we have only shown you a trailer so that you understand the magnitude of our strength and do not test it. This is the first and last warning.”

The threat escalated with references to underworld figures Dawood Ibrahim and Chota Shakeel, with Anmol Bishnoi hinting at potential future actions, asserting that “shots will not be fired outside the house only.”

Authorities have responded swiftly, tightening security around Salman Khan’s residence. Crime branch units, local police, and forensic teams are actively investigating the incident, recovering bullet shells for further analysis.

This isn’t the first time Salman Khan has faced threats from Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. In the past, both Bishnoi and his accomplice Goldy Brar have issued death threats to the actor. Bishnoi’s gang is also implicated in the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala. Anmol Bishnoi, a fugitive accused in Moose Wala’s murder case, has managed to evade capture despite efforts by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), with sightings reported as far as Kenya in 2023.

Khan’s security measures have been escalated since last year, following a death threat allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang via email. Trained security personnel have been deployed, and Khan holds a personal weapon license for added protection against potential threats.
