The Rotary Foundation, Rotary Club of Dibrugarh – District 3240 and Rotary Club of Dhaka Royal, Dhaka, Bangladesh – District 3281 have sponsored ventilator, ICU Beds, syringe Infusion pump, monitor, air purifiers, robots for food and medicines and self-checking kiosks to Assam Medical College and Hospital, Dibrugarh, Assam under Support Global Grant 2014241 under COVID-19 Health Infrastructure.
The equipments were handed over to Dr Sanjib Kakati, Principal Assam Medical College and Hospital by Assam Chief Minister, Sarbananda Sonowal today. Union minister Rameswar Teli, MLAs Prashanta Phukan, Bimal Borah, Rituparna Baruah, CEM of Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council, Dipu Ranjan Makrari, DC, Dibrugarh Pallav Gopal Jha also attended the function.
