COVID-19 recovery rate increases to 73.72 percent in Tripura

The Tripura Education & Law minister Ratan Lal Nath addressing the press said that there are 430 active corona virus patients in the state. Currently 300 people in the facility quarantine and 4,913 people in the home quarantine in the state, a total of 75,621 samples have been collected till Tuesday, 74,207 samples have been tested, out of which 1693 have reported positive. The recovery rate of coronavirus patients in the state was 73.72% till Tuesday, the total number of coronavirus patients in the state on Wednesday.

He further said that another important decision taken in the state cabinet on Tuesday was to approve the appointment of 80 Assistant Technology Managers in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. He further said that the central government has approved the appointment of 80 people. In National Mission on Agriculture Extension Technology project, Assistant Technology Manager will be appointed on contract basis. The monthly salary of each person will be 25 thousand rupees. The annual expenditure will be 1 crore 74 lakh rupees. Out of this, 1 crore 54 lakh 70 will be spent from central shares. One thousand rupees and the state government will spend 19 lakh 30 thousand rupees .

Educational qualification will be required for this post B.Sc pass in Agri Allied sector. Besides, it was decided in the cabinet meeting on Tuesday to set up ADC building in Agartala. It will cost around 10 crore rupees.
