Guwahati: After eight years of marriage, Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan and his wife Ayesha Mukherjee have divorced.
Ayesha shared the news of their partition in an Instagram post. In the post, she had given her opinion on divorce and also shared her feelings after getting divorced for the second time.
According to reports, the Indian opener Sikhar Dhawan got engaged with the Melbourne-based boxer, Ayesha Mukherjeein the 2009 and after three years they tied the knot. Ayesha and Sikhar had a boy together, added the reports.
Ayesha also divorced her first husband, with whom she had two daughters.
It may be mentioned that Dhawan is expecting to be selected for India’s squad for the T20 World Cup which is expected to be announced on Wednesday (September 8).
