Guwahati: Assam Government on Saturday has appointed enquiry officer to enquire into the alleged complaint regarding corruption in JICA assisted Guwahati water supply project.
As per the government order issued, the Additional chief secretary to the Government of Assam, Pawan Kumar Borthakur has been appointed for the enquiry.
Borthakur has to submit a report on the matter within 7 days.
