Farmer protest in Ghazipur border

Since November 26 last year, farmers have been protesting on the different borders of the national capital, against the three newly enacted farm laws: Farmers’ Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2020; the Farmers Empowerment and Protection) Agreement on Price Assurance and farm Services Act 2020 and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Act, 2020. All Indian Farmers have been protesting against the three newly enacted farm laws. The Ghazipur border which remained closed since 26 January, following the republic day violence’s was on Tuesday reopen for vehicular  movement. However, the movement is allowed only for those entering Uttar Pradesh  from the National capital.
