Govt allows conditional Home isolation facility:
1) No objection from neighbours
2) Aged parents shouldn’t stay in same house
3) Must’ve own pulse oxymetre
4) Will consult with own private physician in every 3 hours
5) If drops below 95, should have own vehicle to come to GMCH
