Guwahati: A massive fire broke out in Basistha locality of Guwahati on Saturday morning
The incident took place at a confectionery making industry in Lotakota of the locality.
Meanwhile, two fire tenders reached the spot and doused the flame before the situation goes out of control.
In the incident, one house was completely gutted in the massive fire.
It needs to be noted that worth lakhs of rupees and all necessary documents were reportedly engulfed in the fire.
However, the cause of the fire is suspected due to a leakage of a cylinder in the factory.
It may be mentioned that there were no casualties or injuries reported in the incident.
