Ibi Lollen From Arunachal Wins Double Bronze at Asian Arm Wrestling Championships

Northeast Desk, 26th May: Ibi Lollen from Arunachal Pradesh has made her state proud by securing two Bronze medals at the 22nd Asian Arm Wrestling and 21st Para Arm Wrestling Championships 2024, held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The announcement of her remarkable achievement was shared by Chief Minister Pema Khandu on the microblogging platform X.

Lollen, hailing from Donyi Colony in Itanagar, showcased her dedication and skill in arm wrestling, earning accolades and bringing honor to her home state. Beyond her success as a competitor, she also contributed to the event by serving as a referee, further demonstrating her expertise and commitment to the sport.

Chief Minister Khandu expressed his pride and congratulated Ms. Lollen in his post, saying, “In a proud achievement for Arunachal Pradesh, Ms. Ibi Lollen clinched double Bronze medals at the 22nd Asian Arm Wrestling and 21st Para Arm Wrestling Championships 2024 in Uzbekistan.
