IMD Predicts India to Experience Gradual Rise in Temperature

Guwahati: India Meteorological Department announced that the maximum temperature would gradually rise by 3-5 degrees Celsius throughout most of the country during the next 3 to 5 days. Though, there won’t be a heatwave over any region of the nation during the time.

Northeast India and the western Himalayan region will both have typical temperatures during this time, according to the IMD.

The IMD also forecasts light to moderate rainfall with isolated thunderstorms, lightning and gusty winds quite possible across Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal on April 9 as well as over Kerala over the next five days.
